Dundee University Incubator is a modern single storey office and laboratory building.
DUI provides space for laboratory and office use within a community of like-minded technology businesses.
The building comprises 12 units which are available on an easy in-easy out basis. The standard occupancy agreement is for 1 year, renewable by mutual consent.
