Dundee School of Medicine signs Memorandum of Understanding with West China Hospital

Agreement has been struck to boost future collaborations between the two institutions

The School of Medicine at the University of Dundee has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with West China Hospital, Sichuan University, strengthening ties between the two institutions.

The agreement paves the way for potential collaboration in research, teaching, and student exchange programmes. It also sets out opportunities for staff exchanges, internships, and fellowships, fostering academic and professional development.

This partnership aims to enhance cooperation in undergraduate and postgraduate medical education, and in research, reinforcing Dundee’s global reputation for excellence in healthcare innovation.

Professor Faisel Khan, Associate Dean for Student Recruitment and Global Partnerships at Dundee School of Medicine said, “We are delighted to have reached mutual agreement with West China Hospital, Sichuan University.
