Early Career Researchers in Targeted Protein Degradation (EC-TPD)

Establishing a network for early career researchers in targeted protein degradation (EC-TPD) from within Scotland and beyond

This will be a one day event hosted at the University of Dundee, School of Life Sciences Complex and the newly established Centre for Targeted protein degradation funded by Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance (SULSA).

The aim of this event is to build a network of early career researchers working in the field of targeted protein degradation in Scotland and beyond! This includes PhD students, research assistants, post-doctoral researchers, and PIs from both academia and industry.

What to expect on the day:

Q&A session with an expert panel (so far confirmed panelists are: Danette Daniels and Alessio Ciulli-more to be announced soon!!)
Poster session (all invited to bring a poster)
Range of selected TPD research talks (see details below for application)
Opportunity for discipline guided informal 'focus groups'
We will provide food and refreshments throughout the day.

Everyone is invited to bring a poster to present their research . Please indicate the you will bring one in the form.

Application for research talks:

If you would like to give a short talk (10-15 min) on your TPD related research then please submit an abstract (200 words) to us by email EC-TPD@dundee.ac.uk by (14th of October). This will be reviewed by the organising committee.
