Grant Snedden

Grant Snedden

I am a Senior Tax Manager at Henderson Loggie, having joined in 2016 as a trainee and completed two professional qualifications: Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and The Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

I provide compliance and advisory services to innovative life science and healthcare companies, helping them navigate their statutory requirements and maximise any tax reliefs available through careful tax planning. I specialise in assisting companies with corporation tax relief claims, mainly Research and Development Tax Relief (R&D) and Patent Box.

Robin Denissen-McIntosh

Robin Denissen-McIntosh

Having joined the Henderson Loggie Corporate Finance team in February 2020 following a background in private equity backed businesses, I support clients across Scotland, including our Dundee office.

As part of my role, I provide business advisory services to various sectors, including life sciences and health innovation. This includes developing robust financial models and projections for early-stage biotech and medtech ventures, supporting business planning for clinical and regulatory milestones, preparing valuations in relation to EMI & tax planning, and assisting high-growth life sciences companies in securing early-stage and growth funding through grants, equity and debt.

Susan McFadyen

Susan McFadyen

Susan is a Partner in the Corporate & Commercial team at Blackadders.

She undertakes a wide range of corporate advisory and transactional work, from M&A and joint ventures, to corporate reorganisations and restructurings, and complex contractual matters. Susan regularly advises clients operating in the life sciences sector on various matters including investment rounds, collaboration agreements and a variety of commercial contracts.

Richard Wilson

 Richard Wilson

Richard is a Director in Blackadders’ Corporate & Commercial team

Richard advises clients on a range of corporate and commercial matters including M&A, funding rounds and intellectual property advice. He works with a number of innovative, high growth companies to provide strategic legal advice. Richard has worked closely with the University of Dundee’s Centre for Entrepreneurship, advising entrepreneurs on its Enterprise Challenge and Spinout Academy.
