Business Analyst (JIRA/Power BI)

If so, you could be working with the Health Informatics Centre team (HIC - https://www.dundee.ac.uk/hic/) at the University of Dundee.

HIC are looking to recruit a Business Analyst (JIRA/Power BI) Working in our BST – Business Support Team you will be involved in the implementation, maintenance and development of our core HIC software platform systems for tracking and monitoring projects including but not limited to JIRA / Power BI, Sharepoint and MS TEAMS.

This is a full time, fixed term 2 year post initially.

Your priorities will include:

• Act as the single point of contact for HIC to aid coordination and management of our JIRA/Power BI and Sharepoint platforms.
• Work as part of a wider BST team on the HIC project requirements.
• Liaise with internal customers and external clients to investigate both HIC business/service and research requirements and translate those requirements into JIRA/Power BI/Sharepoint solutions including training.
• Take a role in the design, implementation and also be a hands-on developer of these HIC systems.
• Be able to work independently, manage your own projects to completion and provide support for others.
