A scientist by training, Fiona our founder brings more than 30 years of experience spanning academia, multinationals, start-ups, scale-ups, and large corporates. Throughout her career, she has worked across R&D, operations, quality and regulatory affairs, commercial strategy, investment activity, and organisational leadership.
Her background combines deep technical understanding with board-level experience, governance expertise and hands on commercial insight. Fiona has supported early stage ventures, innovation lead spin outs, scaling businesses, and established multinational corporates, helping them strengthen foundations, prepare for investment or navigate complex regulatory and operational environments.
