Global Scot Seminar: Doing Business in the USA

GlobalScot Robert Dewar will be in Scotland in February, and has offered his time to run 3 seminars along with one to one sessions for companies (held in Scottish Enterprise offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee). The sessions will give advice and support to Scottish businesses with existing or planned operations in the US. Bob has been a very active GlobalScot over the years and has provided extensive support and guidance to companies. He is able to give advice on approvals / licensing, exporting, negotiating sales, regulatory environment, business partnerships (e.g. advising start ups, mentoring etc), business plan appraisal, guidance on how to access finance, sales and marketing.

The seminar will be a morning session (up to 2 hours) followed by lunch. There will then be an opportunity for one to one sessions with Bob for companies who would find this useful. The one to one sessions will be allocated on a first come first served basis, please contact David J Smith(david.j.smith@scotent.co.uk) directly to organise a one to one meeting.
