Hosted annually by James Hutton Limited, the Fatty Acids and Lipids - Chemistry, Biology and Analysis Course, takes place at the James Hutton Institute, Dundee, Scotland, with presenters Mr Peter Clough, Dr Gary Dobson, Dr Charlie Scrimgeour & Professor Terry Smith, and attracts attendees from the world over.

The course is designed for those working with lipids in the food, oleochemical, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in academia, and will provide an introduction to the chemistry, physics, biochemistry and analysis of lipid molecules.
